Upon arriving at Marine World for a gourmet escapade, my expectations were high. The location offers convenience; a short stroll to Chinatown and tram access, making exploration effortless. As I ascended to the 12th floor, a breathtaking view awaited me, captivating the essence of Yokohama below.At the bar/lounge, I indulged in a favorite drink, immersing myself in the tranquility of the hotel. Breakfast at Sakana Ichiba Doza was a notable highlight. While the buffet was modest, the quality surpassed expectations. The fusion of traditional and contemporary flavors was evident, a true reflection of Japanese culinary innovation. The sparse but thoughtfully curated breakfast was a subtle introduction to the region's gastronomic delights. Marine World's dedication to culinary excellence is commendable, catering to discerning palates seeking authenticity and innovation in every bite.
